Gully Retreat Karapiro B&B is located in the very Heart of the Waikato, New Zealand... only 5 minute's drive from Lake Karapiro, 25 minutes from Hamilton, Hamilton Airport and Mystery Creek Events Centre, 1 3/4 hours from Auckland, 2 hours to the Coromandel , 1 1/4 hours to Taupo, 1 hour to Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, Rotorua and Waitomo Caves.

John and Kay have toiled for many years, combined their many hands-on skills with heart felt passion; designed and built their home, planted many trees, designed and created the garden, done everything to create this unique haven down off Fergusson Gully Road, so close to Cambridge, Lake Karapiro and Hora Hora for all their guests to experience 'The Kiwi Dream' in Style.

John and Kay share their home with 4 friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
Ruby, Merlot, Lily and Rose are very much a part of the Bed & Breakfast. During your stay at the Gully Retreat Karaprio, you are more than welcome to enjoy the company of their dogs if you choose to.
